What are your hourly rates? The rate can vary according to the size of your building, the nature & frequency of the cleaning specification. We normally conduct a site survey to discuss & agree your needs and then provide and obligation free quotation.
Do you clean outside of normal working hours? The majority of the cleaning takes place after office hours but we can provide services in the early mornings or in certain circumstance during office hours.
Do you employ casual staff? All our staff are employed and paid through the PAYE system.
Do I need to provide cleaning equipment?
We will provide all cleaning materials & equipment, we will however require access to water and a power supply. |
How about toilet supplies? We can provide toilet rolls, soap and any other janitorial supplies; we can also supply and fit dispensers for these supplies.
Are your cleaners insured? Full insurance for both Employers & Public Liability are held together with cover for Loss/Theft of keys. Evidence of such can be provided on request.
